Hello Everyone!! Come in and join us for lunch and enjoy the traditional East Arfrican dishes that I grew up with. Kuku Pakaa ( This dish is made f ou r festive occasions. It's a light yet satisfying meal made with chicken breast, a whole boiled egg, potatoes, pureed onions and tomatoes, green chilies, cilantro, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star anise, and cumin seeds. This mixture is then simmered in coconut milk Gobi Masala ( Cauliflower and green peas cooked in an onion and tomato gravy seasoned with garam masala, mustard seeds, cumin and fennel seed, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, ginger, garlic and cayenne.
